Sorry if this is already on the forum somewhere. I did a quick search but am on a deadline. Here's my question: Is there any way to shorten the time between music selections? I don't like the dead silence between songs and would like for the next song to start more quickly.

Well the frame time will be whatever is specified as the default number of seconds per frame, and the transition time is specified under Edit|Transitions.

There are no other time factors, you determine where the music starts and stops. There is usually about one second of silence before the music starts.

Hi

Music tracks tend to have a short period of silence at the start and end (i.e. where the music ramps up and down).

Some users edit their music tracks with Audacity:
