Link on text does`nt work in Entourage

Greetings

I use to have a programmer do this stuff for me and text could have a link embeded in it but when I do it with MLK, the link shows up next to the text rather than being embeded invisibly with the text when viewing this with Entourage MAc 2008

What do I need to do

I just tried to send you a test but it comes up with a pop-up saying that I am trying to send to a restricted address.

How do i get around thatÉ
