What’s the easiest way to extract emails from Outlook inbox after removing undeliverable and unsubscribe and enter them into MLK.

Thanks Ray!

Hi Rayz

Firstly, block unsubscribers from being added back (View > Options, Blocking) and also block undeliverable addresses (View > Options, Undeliverable).

Then select List > Get Addresses from Inbox to get all of the addresses and add them to the mailing list.

General Recommendation

1. Create an Archive folder in Outlook
2. Create an Add_To_List folder in Outlook
3. In MLK under View > Options, Email Processing, choose "Folder Processing Tasks"
4. Create a new task to automatically subscribe any addresses found in the "Add_To_List" folder and then move the messages to "Archive"

Now whenever you finish replying to an email from a customer/client move it to the "Add_To_List" folder to automatically subscribe them. Messages from other people not relevant to your mailing list should be put directly into the "Archive" folder (or other folder such as "Personal").

This great, thanks!

I have set that up. My only concern is that I would this extraction to occur only after the unsubscribe and failed delivry email have been removed from the designated in folder.

Is their a way to do this?

Thanks!

Hi Rayz

Well you could do that by having other special folders and associated folder processing taskd to handle the unsubscribe/undeliverable.

But I can't see what the benefit would be in processing them in that order...
