Hello,
I have been having difficulty sending emails to my clients lately, so in the last batch that I sent, I added myself in the BCC field. Although MLK shows there was 100% success; only 2 failures out of 2,121, I only received about 270 of those emails. I reviewed the sending log and could see no difference between those I received and those I did not. Without having received any errors, I'm not sure how to go about correcting this issue. Any information would be appreciated.
Respectfully,
David |

Hi David
What method did you use in MLK to send your messages? Outlook? SMTP?
Please send me the log file too.

I have been encountering the same problem for weeks with Mail List King. Whenever I try to send an email it only adds recipients to the BCC: field and not in the To: field. Then it says it sent the emails but no one is receiving them. I have tried everything to fix it please help me |

Hi
Whether MLK uses the To field or the BCC field for sending messages depends on your setting under View > Options, Sending.
Use of the BCC field is unlikely to be the source of any technical problems (other than that the message is more likely to be marked as Spam), so if you are having sending problems please forward me your log.

Hi
You are getting the error "Quota exceeded!" during the delivery of your messages. This means that your ISP is disconnecting you for exceeding their sending limits. You need to contact them to confirm what their limits are and specify them under View > Options, ISP Limits.
