Hi,

I am trialing PixPlay and it appears to burn succesfully, plays fine on the computer, but wont play on my DVD player, which is a Transonic TC 1883 DVD/CD player. Keeps coming up (Wrong Disc). I had no problems when I had my old compuer and used Nero. Any suggestions.

Hi Frank
You can still burn the disk with nero:
Burn slideshow to Disk> Next > Save slideshow to folder.
after the slideshow was saved open the file and burn the folders AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS. if you have a newer version of NERO you might not need the AUDIO_TS as I have experienced.
Best Regards

Eliezer

I love DVD Pixplay but from very early on I started saving the file to disk and use my own burning software. The only problem I have encountered with this method is down to choosing a new type of DVD(I get tempted by bargains!) which is no fault of Pixplay. Try this method and once it works stick with the make of DVD that your DVD player likes. Have fun with Pixplay!!
