Am trying to send out via either MLK internal Server or SMTP.

Both have same result very little delivery less than 1%

The error messages are quite different. As below

Do u have any ideas?

Hi

If both SMTP and the internal server are failing then check that your anti-virus software is not blocking MLK (e.g. with a worm blocking option).

Also consider what has changed on your system/network/isp since MLK worked correctly.

Finally, please email me the log file for the problematic sending tasks:

1. Run MLK and click Ctrl+Shift+I.
2. Check the box to display your database folder and click "OK"
3. Browse to the subfolder named "SendLogs"
4. In that folder your log files are named "mail_sent_*.txt" with the date of the delivery included in the name. Find the files of the relevant date and send them to me
