I have the V4.01 and I have not got the "Align to Frames"
am I missing an upgrade or a configuration?

FYI in v4.05 NIGEL added an "Align to Frames" function. Since you have v4.01 this should be a FREE UPDATE so just download the latest version from the website.

Now, can I make the update "ON TOP" of V4.01 or do I have to uninstal the "OLD" version First

V4.10 is a free upgrade to all registered v4.* users. Install v4.10 over your current version (without uninstalling first). You will not need to enter your serial number.
