I have pixplay dvd 4.10

when I go to bring a .wma file into a slideshow

a window pops up saying "converting for compatability" the progress bar goes about half way across and hangs = Windows Task manager = end task has no effect. Must disconnect power and reboot

Any fix?

Hi

If you have a WMA file then DVD PixPlay will use your Windows drivers to convert it to a compatible format.

This should work on most Windows installations. What version of Windows do you have?

Otherwise you can convert your WMA files to MP3 yourself before adding them to your project. There are many free programs for this such as at:

www.wma-mp3.org

Or online at:

Hmmm, WMA conversion should work on that system, so either the WMA file is corrupt in some way or the WMA drivers on the system are messed up.

Convert your files online at:
