locking up burner

Have reverted back to v3 from v4 and everything works fine until I try to burn direct to disc when I get "error encountered locking your burner". Am using Vista Premium.

Help please

Hi Bill

Did you uninstall v4 before installing v3?

Try changing to a different burning method under View > Options, Other, Advanced.
