I have made my video and am trying to save it to a memory stick. I go through the burn process and on step three of the burn process, I choose to save to folder. It saves it and when I go pback to retrive it through the stick, it comes up with 2 files, Video_TS and Audio_TS. In the audio file nothing is there and in the video file, there are 2 things saved that show the video but no audio and 3 or 4 files that I cannot open - please advise. I need this done today! Thanks!

You need to copy all of the files to Nero and include the two folders Video_Ts and Audio_Ts (even though the latter is always empty).

Hi Jabbe

You can't "open" most of the files that you find in the Video_TS folder. You just need to burn them to a disk so that your DVD player can play them.

See the instructions at:
