Burned a DVD + R disc with digital slides. Coby says "wrong disc". Burned a DVD - RW same response. Mfgrer says will play all DVD types what is going on? Is a UDF format and NTSC.

Hi

Firstly, what version are you using? If it is not v4.10 then please download it from:

www.xequte.com/pixplay/download.html


2. What format did you select when File > Burn Slideshow?

3. Did you get any errors during burning?

4. Does the disk play on your computer?

5. Did you use name brand disks, or cheap, generic ones?
