we send media releases out to people who's email addresses are all on bcc. this can be up to 60 recipients on one email.
many of these bounce back because of the security (or whatever) installed at the receivers end.
MLK seems to do alot, most of which we won't need - all i want to do is manually copy my list of email addresses into the bcc of an outlook email, and send them out in a way that will let them pass thru all the security that is blocking them now. i hear MLK sticks each individual email address into the 'to' field. is that right?
thanks for your help,
Liliana

Hi Liliani

You can choose in MLK whether the addresses go batched in the BCC field or individually in the To field (it is all handled automatically).

If you are only sending to 60 recipients then you should definitely choose the option to have MLK put the messages in the To field. Doing so will increase the likelihood of your messages passing through the filters that some companies have.
