Hi, I need help. I'm living in South Africa. There is nowhere that I can buy the DVD PixPlay Software. Is it only available through the internet?

I'm still new at this.

How do I go about to buy this from you? Via credit card?
If I buy your product and something happens to my pc, and I must format it, will I lose this software?

I'm still new at this and don't know what procedures to take.

Credit card or PayPal if you are buying online. Check or cash if you ar paying by post.

If you re-format your computer just email us to resend your registration details.

Hi, still stupid. How do I convert our Rand to your dollar?

If I buy your software and need to upgrade, is there a fee payable?

How long do I wait if I pay via credit card?

Hi

If you are paying by cash or check, send 290 Rand.

If you are paying by credit card the conversion is handled automatically. Credit card payments take about 8 - 24 hours. All updates are free. You get free upgrades for six months and then any upgrades after that are chargeable (if you choose to upgrade).
