I am still enjoying the new features that have been added in v7.30R!Now a question: What is the easiest way for me to see which mailer(s) have been sent to whom while I am in the main viewing windows (e.g. All Members; Groups; or Filter/Search)?
I know I can go into the Completed Tasks to click on individual send jobs but that is quite laboriously.
I am currently sending out two HTML mailers to selected groups in my MLK database, but even by selected groups I am still talking about hundreds and hundreds of people (I have nearly 5,000 in my database). I could only ascertain when the last message was sent to individuals, how many messages had been previously sent, and other items that could be selected in the column selector. However, what would be most useful to me is to be able to quickly see WHICH MAILER was sent and when.
Is there such a feature in existence already but that I didn't know about?
I also have a suggested feature to add when sending emails using stationery. In my case, "stationery" means customized mailers for each event I put on. If I want to use a previous version of a mailer but wish to modify it with new particulars, I would have to give it a brand new name. There may be advantages to have a similar nomenclature as my previous version. Therefore, when I select SAVE AS STATIONERY, it would be helpful to have a window open up to show what file names I have already used.
How do you erase all the OPEN RECENT listing anyway?
Thanks for your advice, Nigel.

Hi Nigel,
I'm currently in a e-blast campaign and am using four different stationery files I created (and housed in my stationery library of >24 stationery files) . Many people in my many groups were sent more than one purpose-specific mailer.
I have been using the Filter/Search and Other Filters functions more and more, but unfortunately I cannot filter to see who was sent a particular mailer. Filtering by "were emailed the last message" does not work, since I can't tell which message was the last. Even if I filter by date, I would have to click open each name to look in History. Otherwise, I can't seem to see any options available to me at this time.
I searched through the MLK Forum and retrieved my own inquiry from about a year ago regarding the same issue (which I forgot I asked about ]. Your reply back then was that the feature of viewing who was sent each mailer would be available "in the next update". It would be a very useful feature to me, if you can indeed include it in the next update please (unless I missed an available available "fix" here).
Thanks again, Nigel!! |

Hi
To view all recipients of a message:
1. Select "Filter/Search" mode in the main window. 2. In the Search box choose "Recipients of Message" 3. Select your message 4. Click Search
You can also select a message under View > History and Errors, Send Log and click "Find Recipients".
If you don't have these options you might want to upgrade:

Hi
In the main screen it is currently not possible to view who was sent each mailer (other than the most recent one). However this feature will be available in the next update.
We'll look at having a drop down showing recent filenames for stationery in a later update.
"Recent" lists messages that you recently sent as garnered from your Send History (View > History and Errors, Sending)
