I have used diji editor to create an album on CD that opens in diji viewer. One of the recipients complains that after using it his computer locks up and has to be rebooted. Anyone else have this problem? Is there a cure?

Thanks.

Hi

To confirm, the slideshow display correctly, but when it finishes it doesn't hide (screen stays black)?

Did they try clicking Esc on the keyboard?

What version of Windows are they using? What option did you choose for what happens when the Diji Album finishes playing?

Nigel,

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I think that's what's happening; don't know if he's tried Esc. Believe he's on XP (not sure) but I tested the disk here on XP and Vista, without any problem.

Finishing options? Where do I find those??

Thanks again.

Hi

It is under File>Album Properties, Slideshow (only relevant if your album displays as a slideshow).
