When I burn the photoshow to dvd it plays correctly on my regular DVD but on my portable, it comes up flashing an image of a menu ie: Root, Audio, Video and then shows the photos but no sound plays. This player says it plays CDRs and plays other dvd copies but not the photo show. Is there something I can do to fix this?

Hi Amy

So you selected DVD format and burn to DVD disks, correct?

What is the brand and model of the DVD player you are testing the disk in?
