I have use dvd pixplay for a while with music but now for some reason I can't get my music to work. How do I fix this problem, this is the message I keep getting.

"An error was encountered playing the file, Background.mp3. You may not have adequate drivers to play this format on your system (Cannot determine the device type from the given filename extension.)."

thanks

Hi

Have you installed a multimedia program that has messed with your Windows drivers?

Try installing an MP3 driver using a codec pack such as K-Lite:

http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_Lite_Codec_Pack.htm

or Ffdshow:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/ffdshow
