I had been evaluating alot of mass email program and it come down to MLK and a competitor. I was almost about to buy the competitor until I find out that it can't import email address directly from outlook. MLK does this perfectly!

1. What I really need from MLK is when a subscriber, unsubscribe it go to unsubscribe group or some define group instead of remove from mailing list. And same for bounce email to bounce group so I can call my client(s) for the update email.

2. If I buy the software and this feature is not included and you planned to have it in next upgrade, do I still be able to get the upgrade for free?

Hi

1. To handle it in that custion fashion use Outlook rules to move all unsubscribe messages to a certain folder. Then in MLK, select View>Options, Incoming and click "Folder Procesing Tasks". Specify that addresses should be retrieved from your Unsubscribe folder and added to you XYZ group.

Do the same thing for your bounces

2. If you suggest a feature to us and we like it and add it, we will give a free upgrade to that release.

Hi Nigel,

Thanks for the quick reply. Your idea would work for me on bounce email situation but for the unsubscriber I would have duplicated information.

Hi Trung

It should work the same way for Bounces too.

Do you mean that members should be moved from their existing group, rather than just added to the new one?
