DVD Playback Missing Top

When the slideshow plays on the tv, the top of the picture is not visible: sometimes the sides have the same problem. PC playback has similar problems, but not as extreme. Can't find any options in software, DVD player, or TV to compensate. This is US standard format. Rudy Dornseifer

There are two main possibilities for images being cut-off:

- The image is being "Auto-cropped": On Step 3 of the Burn DVD format wizard, click the "Other Settings" button and adjust the horitzontal and vertical margins option.

- Your DVD Player/TV does not display the full frame of the VCD: You may be able to adjust this on your TV, but alternatively on EDIT>REMOVE BORDER WIZARD specify a fram margin to add a border area around the frame.
