I have been using pix play with my old pc (win xp)but my pc burnt out smoke and all so i've now got a new pc with windows vista unfortunately I cannot access my old system as the motherboard went too so I am considering purchasing pix play again but wonder if it will work ok with vista and as I will be a returning customer is there any discount

Starting with version 3.02, I think DvD Pixplay has been Vista compatable. Use the following link(s) for the replacement / upgrade policy:

Thanks for the info Jim but I don't have it installed on my new vista pc and cannot access it on my old one so will asking for serial number replacement help or will I have to start over again with a new download

You don't need the old version to ask for a replacement key (free) or upgrade (may not be free) as we have all your order details. Just fill out our key form:
