 registered version not working?

I burned a dvd with my pics and music just fine with the trial verson. I registered it and burned 2 and both times I just got a blue screen on my dvd no messages.
I dont know what to do.

K. Got it to working. But still have a problem. Every time I go into the program I have to enter the code again. It still shows its unregistered.

Hi

Do you get any registration error message when starting DVD PixPlay? Are any other settings lost?

I bought a DVD pixplay software,I got a legal serial number.
I had a old trial version (3.35) in my computer, before shopping. When I filled the email and enter key, the registration is done, in the registration window I see my email adress. When I closed the program, and started again, the " You are using an unauthorized copy of DVD PixPlay. " appear, and I have again trial version!

I tryed delete the previous version, I downloaded the 3.35 ver. Pixplay from Xequte site, I installated, but happend same! After every starting I must fill the registration window, because after closing the program, and starting again, I have a trial version.
What can I do? I bought a legal software, but I cannot use it! HELP!

Please follow the following instructions for registeration:

If you receive an Error Message, then please check the version again (Step 1.in the above link) and ensure that you have pasted only your serial number (without spaces or other text).

Please forward your order confirmation e-mail to Nigel at sales@xequte.com if you are having problems.

Hi Nigel, I received the fix program on my e-mail; it is working, the PixPlay "unregistered" message gone away! Thanks the help: Peter
