MLK is not really suitable for using a "print to file" function because the destination driver does not lock the UI while awaiting a filename, thus MLK will keep sending pages before you have time to specify a filename (which is OK if there are only a few pages, not OK when there are hundreds or thousands).

If enough users request such a function, perhaps we can build a Merge to File function into MLK (most likely outputting in HTML or text format).
