  • I'm inserting the company field %Company% in a personalised email.
It seems that if Company has not been explicitly set for a member, MLK extracts a portion of the email domain and uses that for the Company name.
How do I stop this happening?
I'd like a blank if the company name has not been set.

  • Here in UK we have counties instead of States or provinces.
So I've been putting the county names in the State/Province field.
The county of Bedfordshire has its last two letters truncated.
Is there some default field length?
If so, how can I increase it?

Thanks

Adrian

Hi Adrian

1. On the sending message toolbar click the Personalize button, then from the drop-down menu choose "Edit Default Values"

There you can specify the text that is used whenever there is no entry specified for a member.

2. Presently there is a ten character limit on the State field. We will increase this in a coming update. You can use a custom field instead for County.
