Hi,
I used your product a couple of times, and it seems to work great! It's easy to use, is flexible = and gives good output! Congratulations!
But I have encountered an issue:
I created a pixplay slideshow (SVCD) with only one input: a video. The video was made with a Konica Minolta Z5, it's format when downloaded from the camera was .mov. Becasue Pixplay does not recognize .mov files, I converted the .mov file to .avi using a trial version of WINAVI (output = .AVI). Using Windows Media Player the .AVI "film" looks OK. After I included the .AVI into a Pixplay slideshow (output = file in SVCD format), the film plays with a too high speed (double??) when "previewed" on my PC. How can I solve this issue please? |

Hi
We've had reports of this happening with some AVI formats, try encoding it to a different AVI format, or (even better) MPEG.

Hi Nigel,
I did as you recommended, used another (freeware) product to convert to MPEG, and now the output works fine (the film is played at the correct speed. Thank you VERY much for your help! |
