Any chance of adding the standard ctrl-A as a "select all" option on the view html page within MLK's "send email" form (and maybe other pages).

Very useful for copying/pasting to other editors.

Also in the "Edit Plain Text Body" dialog which I use all the time if it isn't a biggie Nigel, thanks.
