| Hi Nigel great product just used it for the first time on a trial period but I do have one question. I`am in the process of putting together a slideshow from new years I created a front title no trouble I sorted all my photos very nicely, but when I introduced music one song at a time via my MP3 file it worked great but there was a 2-3 second delay before the next song appeared ....is there anyway to correct this so I get a steady flow or mix ...pls let me know it burned in a dvd format no trouble...thanks... |

Hi Carmen
If this is in your burned disk, then usually the cause is that there is actually a pause at the start or end of your source music files. Check them in windows media player to confirm.

Hi Carmen
Do you mean when you click the Preview button or when you view a disk you've created on your DVD player?

| Hi this occurs in both preview mode and burning....once the slideshow is complete with all my settings I preview it and if I`am satisfied with it I burn it to dvd... |

OK, then most likely your sound files themselves have a few seconds of silence at the start or end. If there is silence in the sound files, then that silence will play in the slideshow to, as DVD PixPlay does not edit the sound files in any way.

Carmen, just my 2 cents worth. I have had this happen in many slideshow programs and what I do to get rid of it is to take all my MP3 files, put them together and make 1 large music file. By doing that, I eliminate the 2-3 second pause between music tracks. This also makes it easier to sync the slides to music when burning your slideshow to disk.
