Hi Helen

How about if you play the disk on your computer, do you get sound there?

Try going into View>Options, Advanced and changing the DVD MPEG Audio Setting.

Does that make any difference?

Hi Helen

Select View>Options on the DVD PixPlay menu. Select the "Other Options" tab and click "Advanced Options". The setting you are looking for is "Audio format for DVD compliant MPEGs"

Hi Helen

Try changing it to AC3 to see if that resolves the issue.
