I have installed version 3.31 of DVD PixPlay.

There is a problem of burning a slideshow directly to a disc as the program does not seem to recognize my CD burner, in fact this option is not allowed and I must save the created slide show to the hard drive and then burn it with Nero.

The following error message appears. A part of the log file is below.
UpStartEx(), exception 37.

65 - [BurnerLog] UpStartEx() failed, exception: 37

Please advise.

Hi Slider

Are you using Windows ME? We have confirmed an incompatibility of the burning engine with some installations of Windows ME. We'll have a fix for this shortly. In the meantime, please use this version:

If you are using Windows 2000, XP or Vista, try going into View>Options, Other, Advanced and changing the "Use SPTI for Burning" setting.
If that does not make any difference or you have a different Windows version please email the following file to support@xequte.com:

C:\Program Files\DVD PixPlay\PixPlayLog.txt

Alternatively, as you cam see, you can use your preferred burning software to output your DVD PixPlay slideshow to disk.
