Win 10, Outlook 2019

The Text Lightning window / area in the compose window is not attached to the compose window. One can see, where it should appear, but the window itself is on a different screen and cannot be moved. Also the search field is not usable (even after reg-fix from other thread)

In the screenshot I put the compose-window to the same screen, where the TL-window appears. Curiously when resizing the compose-window in a way, that makes the area where TL should appear within change position, the detached TL-window moves with it. So this seems to be some kind of display error.
