In the attached screenshot the member listed shows as unsubscribed from all lists, but below shows "Subscribed Groups: Prospects, Seedling-all"

If I look at those 2 groups I do not see them in the listing.

This member requested to be unsubscribed, but says they are still receiving e-mails.

That address is no longer in the mailing list (those are the groups it was in).

This kind of issue is almost always due to the use of forwarding addresses or mail aliases.

For example, the user may have signed up to your list using an e-mail address from an old ISP, and mail sent to the old address is being automatically forwarded to their new one.

Ask the user if they have any other addresses that you might check. Failing that you will need to have them check the header of the message to see what address was used to reach them. Instructions for this are at:
