When I run DVD PixPlay and start a new project and add photos and video to create a disc than I got this message on my screen:

Information! To convert video and audio files you will need to download the conversion Plug in from http://www.xequte.com/pixplay/plugin.html.

I have download and installed this already.
When I download this and try to run setup once again then I got the message setup file is currently running.

When I try to make only a photo disc than I have no problems.

Can you help me please.

Hi

Please try restarting Windows and installing again.

Otherwise, you can convert the video to MPEG-2 format prior to adding it to your project.
