Also, if one has the DB folder backed up, can one just uninstall SPM, then simply reinstall it > delete new DB folder and insert backed up DB folder to get database/keywords back exactly how it/they were before? |

Export/Import would only be one when you want to add a new set of keywords quickly. But there are already batch input tools, so I don't that it is useful.
Yes, you can just restore a database to a folder and open it to get access to the file list and its keywords. If you are moving to a new computer, ensure you put the linked images in the same places as the old machine (or you will need to use the "Relocate" function).
