Can I upgrade from MegaView to Smart Pix Manager?

No, I'm afraid it is only in Smart Pix Manager.

Is this feature in MegaView too?

Hi

Smart Pix Manager will automatically detect and warn you when you try to add a file to your library that is the same as one that already exists (it checks the content of the file, so it does not matter if the filename is different).

This functionality is controlled by the "Check for Duplicates" option under Tools > Options, Media Library.

You can also do this manually by selecting Library > Find Duplicate Files.
