If you have an old version, then you may need to pay to upgrade to the latest version for $19.50:

Sure. If you have a v3 key, just download the latest release from:
http://www.xequte.com/pixplay/download.html
And enter your key again.
If you can't find your key send an email to sales@xequte.com
