Is there a way to clean/wipe all the keywords from the program/database and/or
the files in one fell swoop (without having to remove them individually?

Say, you select several files and right-click to choose something like,
"remove all file keywords" (the opposite of 'library > save keywords and descriptions to photos')

...and another option to "remove all database keywords"

Yes, I prefer doing things with the mouse and once again forgot about selecting the beginning and [ctrl] end range points > shift > delete keywords > .....

Thanks

Hi

I maybe misunderstanding what you mean, but you can simply select all the keywords in "Media Library" mode, right-click and choose "Delete Keyword..." Then "All".
