I'm moving to a new computer. How do I transfer DVD PixPlay and my projects?

Hi Melina

You will need to download and install DVD PixPlay. Please complete the following form to get your purchased version:

https://xequte.com/support/keyrequest.html

To move your projects to your new computer:

In your My Documents folder is a DVD PixPlay Projects folder. Copy that to your Documents folder on your new computer. You will also need to copy any images used in your projects from the old computer to the same location on the new computer. If that is not possible copy you can copy it to a different folder, then when you open the project in DVD PixPlay it will display a "Missing Files" warning and you will need to specify the new location of the images.
