I have not yet found a video format that Amaze can play. For mpg, it says it's missing a file and it won't even generate an error for the rest. What can it play and how?

The Amaze works on the system drivers as codec and the video formats like AVI MP4 or many other formats are also accessible for the Amaze and it depends on the file which you have downloaded rather 32 bit or the 64 bit.

Hi Pete

Amaze uses your system drivers ("codecs") for playback of video files (most other software use their own drivers), so it can only play formats that you have codecs for. Generally, this includes standard AVI, WMV and some other formats.

You can expand your format support by installing a codec pack, such as Ffdshow.

Download the 32bit installer (not the 64bit one, regardless of your system) from:
