I am unsure as to how to set the fonts to the desired font – I would like text lightning to use the font of my email message, which I have set to Calibri size 11.

Is there a way in edit quick text to either set a default to Calibri size 11, or even better, to inherit the font of my email message?

Hi Doug

If you specify only a "Plain Text" body for you quick text then it will inherit your current formatting. However if you specify an "HTML" body then you need to apply a font.
