Posted - Aug 10 2012 : 01:24:00 Hi Support,
I'm unable to quickly add Rich-text without having to retype text or URL link that is removed by the Create Quick Text Wizard.
Try adding the following text with a link to a URL:
Thank-you for getting in touch. The resources that you’re looking for can be found here.
At Step 2 of 5 - Select "Change the message format to Rich Text (HTML). At Step 3 of 5 - The URL has been removed from the text string and the font has changed to Times New Roman & size 12. It cannot be changed to size 11.
Having completed and saved the Quick Text, the text is inserted without the apostrophe within the word "you're".
Therefore I think the following issues need fixing:
1. Persistence of URL into Quick Text Wizard. 2. Ability to select font size 11 and/or set default font to match your own Outlook style. For example Office 2008 uses Calibri 11 as default. 3. Correctly store any character (set) stored into Quick Text.
Any idea when this could be scheduled for v2.1?
Nick

Thanks, I'll look into this for the next release. Unfortunately this is not scheduled yet due to other commitments.
