Posted - Mar 29 2011 : 07:36:05 I just downloaded POTD and am having trouble running it on Windows 7 PC. After selecting site list and settings, when I select OK, i get the erro message "Failed to set data for 'PicoftheDay'". This is followed by the message window "an error was encountered saving your settings"' POTD is going to the sites i designated and loading pictures to the default directory, but will not change the pictures every 15 minutes as the program is set to do. |

Posted - Dec 06 2016 : 17:44:04 Hello, I downloaded now your POTD and found the same problem. My solution: when I needed to save settings I ran it as administrator. After saving settings I can run it normally, there is no need to change settings always. It is not a clean solutions but it works. |

I'm afraid our free products do not have a fixed release schedule so I can't give you anything specific.

Posted - Mar 31 2011 : 01:51:37 Hi
It is not fully compatible with Windows 7 at this time, i'm afraid. There can be permissions issues in some situations. We'll address this for the next release.
