I am trying to use Pinnacle 12 ultimate and have tried several forums, without one reply...my problem is having edited 1 hour and 26 seconds with excellent results I then had a file which stalled on the time line in both picture and sound. I need it and other files to finish what will be about 1 hour 15 minutes. I am at a loss what to do, Pinnacles response was useless(well they are on the other side of the Atlantic) as with most American software they are not interested in after sales assistance.............can anyone help OR do I bin the software and try something else? WHAT ELSE?

Hi

I'm afraid i have never used Pinnacle software so can't really advise. This forum is principally for Xequte software products and unfortunately we don't have any software for video editing.
