Hi, I am having trouble with photos in hidden folders appearing on my Amaze screen saver.

I use Picasa to manage my photos and it creates a hidden "originals" subfolder for EVERY photo folder, and all my photos that I have rotated to be upright are sidewise in the originals subfolders, and show up sideways in the Amaze screensaver (as do the originals for other edits). (The edited versions also display of course)

I have found the option to suppress hidden photos but this does not seem to work where the hidden attribute is with the folder rather than the photo. I could make the files themselves hidden of course. I also understand how to create a favourites list. However these solutions are cumbersome when there are a couple of hundred folders to deal with, and every time I add a new folder I'd have the problem again.

Any ideas for the best and easiest way to resolve this gratefully appreciated.
Thanks
Klemlyn

Hi Klemlyn

I'm afraid when using the option to have Amaze retrieve images from sub-folders it also checks hidden folders. For the next update we will change it so it only checks hidden folders if the hidden photos option is enabled.
