I have a web form working perfectly. The problem I have is with the second web form. Some of the fields are identical and I do not know if this is the problem. CC identifies the proper response by matching a key word in the subject but it does not fill in any of the field data. I used the 9 step wizard to create the new response and the form learned the fields correctly but no data is extracted from the form and inserted nto the response even though the fields were inserted into the response. I know this must be a user error because this is too basic, and if a bug would havebeen reported long ago. Any ideas ?? I have put three hours into creating and recreating the response and no luck. Help
Joe
