My full attention has been elsewhere the last couple of weeks, so if the answer to this question is obvious, please pardon me.

While reviewing Cruise Control, one of the issues I'm struggling with is that when I choose to process messages, CC will process all of the messages in my OutLook inbox - rather than just the new ones. Since my inbox is quite large, that takes a few minutes.

Am I missing a settings, or am I doing it incorrectly?

Hi Ian

Under View>Options, Processing you can enable the option to only display unread messages when clicking "Process All".
