Nigel,
I didn't notice an option for a toolbar add-in for Outlook (similar to MLK). Is this being contemplated?
I don't have the volume of email that some may have - and I find that as I go through my mail while in Outlook I would prefer to click on a button and send it to Cruise Control for processing.
