If you are using Outlook you can use Folder Processing Tasks. I.e. Use Outlook Rules to move spam complaint messages to a "Complaints" folder (based on sending address/and or content). In Outlook under File > Options, Folder Processing Tasks, create a task to find all addresses in the "Complaints" folder and remove them from the database.
