The Support site says:
There are two options available in MLK:
- Users can appear more than once in the DB if they belong to different groups. Then when sending the duplicates are ignored, or
- Users can only appear once in the DB, not matter what the group.

How/where can I set MLK so that it avoids membership in more than one group?
