You can click Ctrl+A to select all members, then click the "Membership" button:
Choose just one group and click OK.
If you want to permanently prevent members from joining multiple groups, select File > Options, “Database” tab. Click “Advanced Database Options” and uncheck the box for: Members can belong to multiple groups
