I am getting an error when trying to send a new campaign email.

%1 is not Valid
Win32 app, Prog ID: "MLKing.SafeMailtem.

Go to File > Options > Sending

I am using Outlook 2016 and it is Win32. I've run the MLK and re-registered the DLLs also. Nothing.

None of that works for me. Please help!

Hi Victoria

Please go into File > Options, Other, Outlook Options. Uncheck the box "Use Extended MAPI...". Does that resolve the issue?
