We just started getting a message in the Status field for Outbox messages that says:

"Error-This value can not be set while the client is connected"

When I try sending a test message through the Amazon SMTP settings I get the screen shot attached.

What can we do to fix this? Our mailing list is at a standstill with a few hundred messages pending to go out.

Thanks, doing a restart of the software did the trick.

Hi Sean

What version are you using? If it is a v16 version, then ensure you have downloaded v16.03.

Also, try restarting MLK. If the problem continues, let me know and we will do some debugging.
